AI HUBS

Four AI Hubs. One short questionnaire each. A plan built around you.

The calculators tell you where you stand. The AI Hubs turn it into day-by-day plans for food, training, sleep and stress. Here is exactly what each one asks, computes and hands back.

AI Hubs are included in plans that switch them on. The calculators stay free.

How a hub works

  1. 1

    Answer a short questionnaire

Weight, goal, activity, time and equipment. Only what the plan needs.

  2. 2

    Code works out your targets

Calories, macros, water and sleep numbers come from standard formulas, never from the AI.

  3. 3

    The AI writes the plan

Meals with recipes, exercises with sets and reps, or a daily routine. You follow it day by day.

Choose a hub

Pick the one that matches what you want to change first. You can use more than one.

Why a hub is more than a chat prompt

Each hub combines fixed calculations with generated content, and keeps the two apart.

Numbers come from code

Calories, macros, bedtime and sleep debt come from formulas, so the same answers give the same targets every time. The AI never guesses them.

Built around your limits

Equipment you own, minutes you have, how long you want to cook, ingredients you avoid, the sleep problems you named.

Day by day, not one long document

Every day shows what to eat, which exercises to do or which check-in to answer, with recipes and instructions one tap away.

Variety is enforced

Meals avoid repeating the same protein. A fixed algorithm, not the AI, decides which exercise lands on which day and where rest days go.

Starts where calculators end

Each hub lists the free calculators that feed it, so you can check a number first and then turn it into a plan.

Safety flags built in

Snoring or breathing problems point you to a doctor. A critical burnout rating tells you to seek support.

What is free, what is in the plan

Calculators stay free. A paid plan adds Health Analytics and AI Hubs.

What hubs do not do

They do not diagnose

Plans are general guidance, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before big changes to diet, training or sleep.

They do not replace a doctor for sleep problems

Snoring or breathing issues are flagged as a reason to get checked, not something a plan can fix.

They are not therapy

The stress plan can rate your burnout risk. A critical rating tells you to seek support.

They depend on your answers

A plan is only as accurate as the questionnaire answers behind it. If your weight, schedule or equipment changes, answer it again.

Pair a plan with Health Analytics

Plans tell you what to do. Health Analytics shows whether your numbers are moving. Both can be part of your plan.

Questions

Who calculates my calories and targets?

Code does, using standard formulas. The AI only writes the meals, exercises and routines around those numbers, so the targets are the same every time you run them.

Are the calculators still free?

Yes. The calculators and saving your results stay free. AI Hubs are part of plans that switch them on.

Is Health Analytics part of the plan too?

A plan can include Health Analytics alongside the AI Hubs, so you can follow your health score while you work through a plan. The pricing page shows what each plan includes.

Can I start a nutrition plan over?

You can ask for a reset. An admin reviews the request, and the number of resets is limited.

Is this medical advice?

No. Plans are general guidance. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor before changing your diet, training or sleep routine.
