HEALTH ANALYTICS

See where your health is heading, not just where it is today.

A calculator gives you a number. Health Analytics keeps every number you save and shows what changed, what it means and what to do next.

The calculators stay free. Every result you save is kept, so your history is already waiting when you add Analytics.

How it works

  1. 1

    Use the free calculators

Sign in and save your results as you go. Saving is free, and nothing is lost if you never subscribe.

  2. 2

    Add Health Analytics

Choose the Analytics plan, on its own or together with the AI Hubs. Your whole history appears at once.

  3. 3

    Follow, act, measure again

Trends show the direction, findings say what to change, and goals and the weekly email keep you at it.

What is inside

Seven tools, all built from the results you have already saved.

Trends over time

Every result you save becomes a point on a line: weight, body fat, waist, resting heart rate, stress, burnout, sleep, steps, biological age and your Health Score, over 30, 90 or 365 days, with the change, the lowest and the highest value.

Findings that connect your results

Rules read your results together: a healthy BMI with a waist above half your height, stress and burnout and short sleep at the same time, a calorie target below what your body needs at rest. Each of the 37 findings says what it means, why it matters and gives three next steps.

Goals with a pace

Pick a measurement, a target and, if you like, a date. From the results you save we work out your pace, tell you whether you are on track and when you will arrive at this speed.

A what-if simulator

Change one answer and see the result: sleep 7.5 hours, quit smoking, walk 3,000 more steps, eat 200 kcal less. The real calculator formulas run again and show how your result and your Health Score would change. Nothing is saved.

Reference ranges

Each value placed on the published range for it, with the source: WHO body-mass-index classes, ACE body-fat categories, IDF waist limits, NICE waist-to-height guidance, and heart-rate, sleep and activity guidelines.

A printable health report

One clean report with your score, measurements, trends, goals and findings. Print it or save it as a PDF to share with a doctor or a coach.

A weekly summary by email

Optional. Your score and how it moved, what is going well, what needs attention with one next step, progress on your goals, and a reminder when a measurement is a month old. One-click unsubscribe, and no email in a quiet week.

Findings, not just numbers

Three real findings, worded exactly as members see them. The numbers are an example.

Your recovery looks stretched

Stress 18/25, burnout risk 21/30 and sleep 5.5 h are pointing the same way.

Why it matters

Stress, burnout and short sleep feed each other: less sleep raises stress, and stress makes sleep worse. Together they are the pattern most linked to exhaustion, low mood and getting ill more often.

What to do
  • Protect sleep first: a fixed wake-up time and a wind-down hour without screens will help more than any supplement.
  • Schedule one proper rest block this week — an evening or half-day with no obligations — and treat it like an appointment.
  • If this feels heavy or has lasted more than a few weeks, talk to your doctor or a mental-health professional.

A healthy BMI can hide waist fat

Your BMI of 22.4 is in the healthy range, but your waist-to-height ratio of 0.53 is at or above 0.5.

Why it matters

BMI cannot see where weight sits. Fat around the middle is linked to heart and metabolic risk even at a normal weight, which is why waist-to-height is a useful second check.

What to do
  • Measure your waist at the navel once a week, in the morning, and track the trend rather than single readings.
  • Add two strength sessions a week — building muscle while the waist shrinks is the healthiest change.
  • Keep protein steady and trim liquid calories (juice, sweet drinks, alcohol) first.

Your weight is trending down

You are down 4.2 kg over 56 days, about 0.53 kg a week.

Why it matters

A slow, steady fall of up to about half a kilo a week is the pace most likely to stay off and to keep your muscle.

What to do
  • Keep protein high and strength training twice a week to protect muscle while weight falls.
  • Compare weekly averages, not single weigh-ins — water makes day-to-day numbers noisy.
  • Update your calorie target as you lose, since needs shrink with weight.

How we keep it honest

No AI

Every finding is a fixed rule over your own numbers, so the same results always give the same answer.

Published ranges, not rankings

You are placed against WHO, ACE, IDF and other published ranges, never ranked against other members.

Wellness estimates, not medical advice

The numbers come from standard formulas and cannot diagnose anything. If something worries you, talk to a doctor.

Yours to delete

Delete your account and your results, goals and email settings are deleted with it.

Pair it with the AI Hubs

Analytics tells you what to change; an AI Hub builds the plan. Many findings link straight to the right hub: nutrition, workout, sleep or stress. Take either plan on its own, or both together.

Questions about Health Analytics

Are the calculators still free?

Yes. All 18 calculators are free and need no account. A free account saves every result you calculate.

What happens to my results if I do not subscribe, or if I cancel?

They are kept. Health Analytics only unlocks what is built from them. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your results stay in your account.

Does Health Analytics use AI?

No. Findings, ranges, goals and the simulator are fixed rules and standard formulas. The AI Hubs are a separate product.

Is this medical advice?

No. Everything is a wellness estimate from self-reported answers and standard formulas. It cannot diagnose anything, so talk to a doctor about any concern.

Can I get it together with the AI Hubs?

Yes. Plans can include Health Analytics, the AI Hubs or both. The pricing page shows what each plan includes and what it costs today.

Will you email me?

Only if you turn on the weekly summary in your account. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch it off at any time.

Which languages does it work in?

The dashboard, findings and the weekly email are available in English, Russian and Armenian.
